Join the FREE SPARK Program to help you meet your goals! The SPARK Program is a 8-week cognitive educational group program exploring different parts of creating a healthy lifestyle.  This VIRTUAL program provides you with the accountability you need!

Participants have the opportunity to work on their own personal goals such as:

  • Nutrition and physical activity
