Deskercise is a video series developed by the Living Whole Wellness Program to help you fit in more movement into your day. Each session has been designed to be fun low impact exercises that can easily be done at your desk or work station. We encourage you to fit in some type of movement into each hour if you are mostly sitting during your day. We have created handouts to accompany each video for you to use at home. There will be a new video posted for you every month!
