The Living Whole Wellness Program was established by the Department of Risk Management in 2006. This is due to Loma Linda University Health’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of its employees and their families. This award-winning program provides services and resources to aid individuals in the journey of health and wellness. Health behavior changes can be difficult, but with the right knowledge and support many things can be accomplished! The Say NOW (No to OverWeight) program is an innovative program that is ultimately FREE! You will receive one-on-one dietitian services, telephone coaching and educational groups.
The Better Understanding for Individuals Living with Diabetes (B.U.I.L.D.) Program is open to individuals who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Participants receive diabetes care that can be ultimately FREE!
