The 6th annual Loma Linda University Church Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP) program, co-sponsored by the School of Medicine department of preventative medicine, begins March 13.
One-hour CHIP information and registration sessions will be held at the church March 1, 2, 3, 7 and 9 at 7 p.m.
During the four-week program, CHIP participants will learn how to eat good foods while avoiding those that contribute to diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure.
