Foundations of LOV-ing Department Leadership 2013
This 2-day seminar, spaced one week apart, is designed to introduce new department leaders to management principles, leadership skills, effective team building, and strategies for managing critical group processes. The seminar content will focus on Living Our Values(LOV) by creating a culture of safety and nurturing work environment for our employees, our patients, and ourselves.
