Practical Concepts for Front Line Leaders
This is a two-day workshop designed to introduce new team leaders, charge personnel, supervisors and support secretaries to management principles, leadership skills, effective team coaching, and strategies for managing critical group processes. If you are a frontline leader at any level within Loma Linda University Health System, this is for you. The first day will focus on the non-clinical aspects of leadership and the second day will cover principles of clinical leadership. Therefore every front line leader should attend day one and those in clinical areas will attend day two, as well. The course content will focus on creating a culture of safety and crafting a nurturing work environment for both the employees and our patients.
