Payments are not made in one lump sum. Payments will be made bi-weekly beginning with the payroll period following receipt of the approved Agreement by the office of Human Resource Management. It is understood and agreed that the teacher is entitled to no benefits other than the cash amount designated above. Course grades are due three working days after the time scheduled for the final examination and should be submitted electronically to University Records through the grading portal. This Agreement may be cancelled by the University if the class or activity described herein does not fill (Acceptable class size will be determined by the University) or if can be taught by a full-time faculty member whose classes do not fill. NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE PRIOR TO COURSE ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION. The following policies and procedures as in the Loma Linda University Faculty Handbook, and as modified or amended by subsequent revisions thereof, apply to the performance of this Agreement: Chapters 3 and 4 inclusive, and the relevant sections of the policies of the School in which this Agreement is to be performed. No other policies and procedures set forth in the Faculty Handbook apply to this Agreement. When applicable policies and procedures conflict with the express terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement is solely for the duties specified and for the period specified in this Agreement. No other Agreement, express or implied, is established by this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all other Agreements, promises and arrangements between these parties regarding employment, whether oral or written.
