Learn five elements of customer service at wholeness workshop March 29

Bret Mahoney, director of training for Loma Linda University Health Care, will present a workshop titled "Thinking TWICE: The Five Elements of Quality Customer Service," part of the Wil Alexander Wholeness Series, Wednesday, March 29, from 5:00 to 5:50 p.m. in the Centennial Complex Damazo Amphitheater.

At this workshop, attendees will learn about exemplary customer service elements through an interactive experience that includes Teamwork, Wholeness, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence (TWICE).

By the end of the workshop, attendees will

  • understand the importance of quality patient care in LLUH's mission,
  • evaluate and improve one’s customer service skills, and
  • participate in customer service-based activities.

Reservations are not required and seating is available to accommodate large crowds. All are invited to attend the Wil Alexander Wholeness Series.
