LLU study cited for reason to go vegan for Earth Day

An article by Heather Moore was posted at the Miami Herald website on Wednesday, April 17, that makes a case for why people should go vegan to celebrate Earth Day, which is April 22.

The article cites a Loma Linda University article, saying "vegans have the smallest carbon footprint generating 41 percent fewer greenhouse gasses than meat eaters and 13 percent fewer than vegetarians.
