Confidentiality disclaimer added to all emails

Effective Jan. 26, a standardized confidentiality notice is being inserted automatically into all outbound email messages. This mitigates the risk that confidential information may be forwarded to an unauthorized third party. The disclaimer language will appear only once at the bottom of an email or thread to avoid duplication.

Individuals should review their signature line in Outlook and remove any existing confidentiality disclaimer language.

Contact the help desk with any questions regarding this change or for assistance removing a previously existing disclaimer.
