Say 'Goodbye Diabetes' during seminar Nov. 17-19

Clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine specialist Wes Youngberg, DrPH, MPH, will present information from his book "Goodbye Diabetes" during a free three-night seminar series November 17 through 19 at Loma Linda University Church.

Dr. Youngberg earned a doctorate in clinical preventive care and a master's degree in nutrition from Loma Linda University. He is a certified nutrition specialist and fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. In addition to practicing at his private nutrition clinic in Temecula, Dr. Youngberg is an assistant clinical professor with appointments in the Schools of Public Health and Medicine.

During the seminar, learn how to naturally lower blood sugar levels and prevent—or reverse—the effects of diabetes and pre-diabetes. Also learn the underlying causes of heart disease, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, depression, and more.

The seminar will also feature Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH, chair of preventive medicine, LLU School of Medicine, and assistant professor, health policy and mangement, LLU School of Public Health; Ernie Medina, DrPH, health educator at Beaver Medical Group; and Tricia Penniecook, MD, MPH, dean, LLU School of Public Health.

The Goodbye Diabetes seminar will be held at 7 p.m. each evening.
