Coming Soon: LLIFT Approver Role for Primary Awardees
All primary grant awardees (Principal Investigators, Program Directors, and equivalent roles) will be designated as Level 1 approvers for online LLIFT requisitions.
This simplified process supports the following objectives:
1. Eliminates the need for retroactive approval through a Sponsored Projects Action Form.
2. Ensures audit compliance.
3. Enhances financial transparency by providing awardees with direct visibility into expenditures.
4. Allows LLIFT requisitions to be downloaded and retained for recordkeeping.
5. Strengthens internal controls by ensuring awardee oversight at the point of request.
6. Aligns requisition approval authority with fiscal responsibility for sponsored awards.
7. Reduces the risk of non-allowable or non-compliant expenditures.

InfoEd-New Upgrade Update
Dear Researchers,
The InfoEd production environment has undergone an upgrade as of Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
As a result of this upgrade, users must clear their browser cache the first time they access InfoEd. Failure to do so may result in errors or unexpected behavior.
Please note that some InfoEd URLs may have changed. If you have saved bookmarks, we recommend reviewing and updating them as needed.
This upgrade also includes visual and interface changes. We encourage you to log in at your earliest convenience to:

Become familiar with the updated look and layout of the system.
