NIH applications due on or after September 25, 2013 must use the forms identified with a Competition ID of FORMS-C. There has been some (justified) confusion about which application packages to use as the documentation from NIH evolved over time. However, the bottom line is that FORMS-C have been included in newly released funding announcements and the old FOAs will be retired.
