Upcoming Procurement Process Changes

We are happy to announce that starting July 1st, we will be implementing Blanket Procurement Checklists for micro-purchases made under Federal Awards.

This change will alleviate the need to submit a Procurement Checklist for each individual micro-purchase. Instead, a single Procurement Checklist per vendor will be used to cover multiple micro-purchases for each LLIFT requestor. These blanket checklists will need to be renewed at the beginning of each fiscal year.

We hope that this change will reduce some of the paperwork and time spent on procurement, so that our Researchers may focus more on completing project objectives.            

Please note that Procurement Checklists will still be required for all federal project purchases over $10,000 in value.
