Thursday, Sept 14 -- Three-part Series Seminar Titled: Impacting Society Through Research

You are invited to attend the last of a three-part series seminar titled: “Impacting Society Through Research”, Bench to Bedside and Beyond – It takes a community to develop a product.

Join us for a lively discussion on what is required to take an idea from the lab to the patient—What is required beyond the initial research and patents to launch a product and how trademarks, data rights, and copyrights fit in this ecosystem. In this session, we will also discuss what local/national resources are available to support the development of an invention, such as federal and state funding, lab facilities, and professional networks.
