What is the RISE Program?

RISE is a free, virtual coaching program designed to support LLU students in achieving academic success and well-being.  Through individualized sessions, you'll gain clarity, motivation, and tools to enhance your academic experience.  

Topics Include:

  • Time Management
  • Nutrition, Exercise, and Sleep
  • Stress Management (including exam-related stress)
  • SMART Goal & Habit Stacking Strategies
