How to initiate service
There are two ways of initiating service:

- Call LLU helpdesk x48611
- Follow-up per “Expected Service Levels” below.
- Assess their needs
- Complete Media Request Form.
- Ensure availability of required equipment.
- Test equipment
- Schedule delivery or pick up
- Follow-up survey.
