Service goals

The following equipment is available for on campus delivery:

  • Video Projectors
  • Audio equipment (speakers, sound boards, microphones)
  • Video Cameras (tripods)
  • Document Cameras

Semi-Annually Fall and Spring Quarters

  • Joint Officers and Deans

How to initiate service

There are two ways of initiating service:

  • Call LLU helpdesk x48611

Expected activities

  1. Follow-up per “Expected Service Levels” below.
  2. Assess their needs
  3. Complete Media Request Form.
  4. Ensure availability of required equipment.
  5. Test equipment
  6. Schedule delivery or pick up
  7. Follow-up survey.
