Peter Cimpoeru, Ph.D, will continue the Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School series Prophets--Poets Aflame with God's Passion Sabbath, April 6.
Dr. Cimpoeru's presentation, "Habbakkuk: The Righteous Live by Their Faith," will explore how Habakkuk's robust conviction that "the righteous live by their faith," (2:4) has resonated for millenia: With Paul, "The one who is righteous will live by faith" (Romans 1:17); and then with Martin Luther.
Dr. Cimpoeru, a professional librarian in his native Romania, is formerly an assistant professor of history at La Sierra University, and is now university archivist at Loma Linda University.
