Prophet-poets series continues with examination of Hosea March 23

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School Class series Prophets--Poets Aflame with God's Passion continues Sabbath, March 23, when David Larson will lead a study of Hosea titled "Hosea: God's Pain and Healing."

Hosea, one of the 12 books of the Bible often referred to as the Minor Prophets, includes some of God's most tender words: "I healed them. I led them with cords of human kindness, with bands of love. I was to them like those who lift infants to their cheeks. I bent down to them and fed them" (11:3-4).

David Larson, Ph.D, is a professor of religion at LLU.

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class meets every Sabbath from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Centennial Complex Room 3111.
