Personal trainer inspires, reveals keys to fitness success

Charles Rollins, a certified personal trainer, will present the next Wil Alexander Wholeness Series workshop, "Jumpstart Your Fitness Journey," Wednesday, Dec. 5.

Mr. Rollins is owner and managing director of Charles Rollins Fitness, an exclusive sports medicine and fitness business based at the Drayson Center. His services include private personal training, boot camps, nutritional counseling, group exercise classes, yoga, kick-boxing, massage therapy, physical therapy, and fitness retreats.

For this workshop, Mr. Rollins will work with both the novice and expert fitness buff to motivate and inspire them to greater health and well-being. He will also explain the “fuel” or nutrition needed for a successful journey, how to find the exercise that is right for each person and how to implement and carry out a fitness plan.

This workshop will be held in the Damazo Amphitheater of the Centennial Complex from 5 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.
