Sabbath school class continues 'Models of Redemption' series

Mark Carr will present the next in the Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School Class' Models of Redemption series Sabbath, Nov. 3, with "Redemption as Drama: The Great Controversy Model."

Dr. Carr, a professor of religion at Loma Linda University, will explore the subject from a chapter in a book manuscript where he has extended a Biblical and historical study into an overview of Seventh-day Adventist thinkers, including Dr. Sigve Tonstad.

The following Sabbath, Nov. 10, Dr. Roy Branson, director of the Center for Christian Bioethics, will suggest another Model of Redemption: "Redemption as Restoration: The Healing Model."

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School Class meets from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Centennial Complex room 3111.
