Tuition reimbursement information

All full-time benefit eligible employees who have worked full time hours for at least 6 pay periods are eligible for tuition reimbursement!

In order to qualify, you must attend a school that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) or its local counterpart.

In addition, you must make a final grade for the course of at least a C for undergraduate classes and at least a B for graduate classes.

Human Resources will reimburse up to 8 units per fiscal year for up to $520.00 per unit for undergraduate students and $580.00 per unit for graduate students.

Reimbursement forms are located on the VIP page under HRM – Benefits. Please turn in your reimbursement form to Human Resources and the reimbursement will be on your next paycheck.
