Wholeness workshops helps you reclaim life from busy schedule May 4

Dr. Ara Anspikian will present a workshop titled "Reclaim Your Life from Your Busy Schedule," part of the Wil Alexander Wholeness Series. The workshop will be held in the Centennial Complex Damazo Amphitheater Wednesday, May 4, from 5 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.

Dr. Anspikian is medical director for outpatient youth services at Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center. His clinical focus includes adolescent addiction, ADHD and behavioral outbursts. Dr. Anspikian looks forward to sharing tips on managing a busy schedule and gaining more control of one's time.

Objectives for the workshop include

  • learn about useful tools to improve organization and productivity;
  • use technology to improve task completion and increase free time; and
  • learn about three apps to improve time management.

Reservations are not required and seating is available to accommodate large crowds. All are invited to attend the Wil Alexander Wholeness Series.
