Bioethics roundtable to discuss what Christians, Jews, Muslims have in common Feb. 14

The Center for Christian Bioethics will host a Roundtable Symposium titled "Christians, Jews, Muslims: Is Bioethics a Common Ground?" Sabbath, Feb. 14.

Medical decisions concerning life and deaht, suffering and healing in the great Abrahamic religious traditions will be discussed by Daniel Hinshaw, MD, professor of surgery, University of Michigan, and son of a former Loma Linda University School of Medicine dean; Hillel Cohn, DMin, rabbi of Congregation Emanu El in Redlands; and Shamel Abd-Allah, MD, head of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine pediatrics critical care division.

The roundtable will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Centennial Complex Damazo Amphitheater. Admission is free.
