The Adventist University of Bolivia (AUB), located in Cochambamba, Bolivia, has invited an interdisciplinary SIMS team to join them in reaching out to resource-poor communities in and around the city.
Together with Bolivian students and faculty from AUB, trip participants will offer health fairs and health talks to community members on topics ranging from healthy nutrition and weight management to dealing with additions and successful stress management strategies.
The trip will be from March 20 to March 29, 2015, and is estimated to cost $2,000.
