Sabbath school examines 3 images of New Testament's moral vision July 19

Michael Orlich, M.D., Ph.D., presents the next installment in the Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class's summer-long series, Compelling Moral Visions Sabbath, July 19.

Dr. Orlich, who heads the preventative medicine residency program at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine, will explore three important focal images of the New Testament's moral vision: Community, Cross, and New Creation.

During the two summer months, members of the Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class will look at how Vision is as important as Virtue and Obligation in deciding what we ought to do and how we ought to live.

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class meets Sabbaths from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Centennial Complex room 3111.
