The Loma Linda University School of Religion Humanities Program presents the first LLU Film Festival, screening four films with a common theme--"I Was a Stranger"--exploring issues of legality, identity and humanity.
Discussion panels after the films will include immigrants and religion professors, with Q&A.
The program will begin Friday, Jan. 24, at 7:30 p.m., and continue Sabbath with screenings at 10:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. All films will be shown in Centennial Complex room 3113.
The festival is directed by Ron Jolliffe, professor of literature and film at Walla Walla University.
