The Loma Linda University Health Center for Spiritual Life and Wholeness is sponsoring the 6th Annual Faith, Health and Wholeness Conference, this year entitled "To Share or Not To Share" Jan. 17 and 18.
The conference will look at the ethics of witness from concept to practice and will include a variety of perspectives, from those who consider the potential negative consequences of sharing to those who identify witness as an essential aspect of care. In addition, several scholars will present papers from various viewpoints followed by responses, as well as opportunities for participants to engage with scholars and colleagues as they explore the topics.
The conference is free for all Loma Linda University Health employees and students and will be held Friday, Jan. 17, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Jan. 18, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Centennial Complex Chen Fong Conference Center.
