The 15th Faculty Development Showcase event, formerly the Education Conference and Faire, will be held from Tuesday, Feb. 25, through Friday, Feb. 28, in the Centennial Complex Chen Fong Conference Center. The event will feature Dr. Elizabeth Barkley, noted author and presenter, as keynote speaker.
The theme for the showcase is "Engaging Students." Faculty are invited to participate in the conference plenary session, in workshops presented by university faculty and invited guests, in the poster sessions (which are still accepting proposals) and the post-conference seminar. In addition, the fourth Kinzer-Rice Award for Excellence in University Teaching will be announced.
