Say 'Goodbye Diabetes' during seminar Nov. 17-19

Clinical nutritionist and lifestyle medicine specialist Dr. Wes Youngberg will present information from his book "Goodbye Diabetes" during a three-night seminar series Nov. 17 through Nov. 19.

Dr. Youngberg earned a doctorate in clinical preventive care and a master's degree in nutrition from Loma Linda University. He is a certified nutrition specialist and fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. In addition to practicing at his private nutrition clinic in Temecula, Dr. Youngberg is an assistant clinical professor with appointments in the schools of Public Health and Medicine.

During the seminar, learn how to naturally lower blood-sugar levels and prevent--or reverse--the effects of diabetes and pre-diabetes. Also learn the underlying causes of heart disease, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, depression and more.

The seminar will feature special guests, including Wayne Dysinger, M.D., M.P.H.; Ernie Medina, Dr.P.H.; and Tricia Penniecook, M.D., M.P.H.

The Goodbye Diabetes seminar will be held at 7 p.m. in the Loma Linda University Church.
