Nominate employees committed to spiritual wholeness for Spiritual Life Service Awards

The Loma Linda University Health (LLUH) Spiritual Life and Wholeness committee seeks to recognize employees who exhibit a special commitment to the spiritual wholeness of colleagues, patients, students or others. The Spiritual Life Service Awards are given to employees in any LLUH entity.

Nominees should demonstrate a vibrant faith in God that leads to extraordinary care for the spiritual well-being of others and an effective ability to bring hope an meaning in the midst of educational or health care challenges.

To nominate someone who deserves this award, provide the following information:

  • the employee's name;
  • the department in which he or she works; and
  • a brief paragraph describing how this individual meets the criteria listed above. Be specific about their spiritual influence and service to others.

Dr. Gerald Winslow, vice president for spiritual life, will present the awards at the Spiritual Life and Wholeness Banquet Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Individuals who have received the Spiritual Life Service Award previously are not eligible to receive the award for three years.
