Series concludes with reprise of 'Healing in the Bible' June 29

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class culuminates its Healing in the Bible series with "Healing in the Scripture--A Reprise" Sabbath, June 29.

Throughout the series, the class has explored the various meanings of healing throughout the Old and New Testaments; this reprise will bring back some of the teachers from the series to share what they consider the most important discoveries during their plunges into this overlooked, but significant, theme in the Bible.

Those leading the discussion will include John Jones, Ph.D., prefessor of New Testament at La Sierra University; David Larson, Ph.D., professor of religion at Loma Linda University; Michael Orlich, M.D., director of the preventive medicine residency; and Roy Branson, director of the Center for Christian Bioethics.

The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class meets Sabbaths from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Centennial Complex room 3111.
