The Roy Branson and Friends Sabbath School class' ongoing series, Healing in the Bible, continues Sabbath, June 22, with a presentation from Vaughn Nelson titled "Luke's Paralytic Meets a La Sierra Men's Group" (Luke 5:17-26).
Vaughn Nelson earned his M.Div. from the H.M.S. Richards Divinity School at La Sierra University with New Testament and social justice as speical interests. In addition to being widely published, Mr. Nelson served as the senior pastor of the Norco Adventist Church before becoming associate pastor of the La Sierra University Church.
