Nursing News is a new blog on VIP designed to be an ongoing conversation in which the comments, stories, and suggestions of nurses are valued and welcomed. Its purpose is to connect nursing staff throughout the different entities of Loma Linda University Health to build a sense of community and improve services.
“Nursing is at the core of our organization. We want all the nurses to know that we know this. It matters to us, and we want them to feel supported and engaged,” says Ruthita Fike, MA, CEO of LLU Medical Center.
