In preparation for going fully electronic, the IRB office will no longer be accepting paper submissions as of  Wednesday, February 11, 2020. All submissions need to be emailed to IRB@llu.edu if expedited/administrative and AgendaforIRB@llu.edu for Full Board.

For those departments that have folders in our office for approved hard copy pick up, in preparation for going fully electronic, these will be uploaded to the InfoEd record. If you cannot retrieve them from the InfoEd record, let us know and they can be emailed to you. If you still feel you need the hard copy, let us know and it can be intercampus mailed to you.
