6088:21035 <![CDATA[Research Affairs Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey]]> As an essential part of its quality improvement program, Research Affairs conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey. The survey includes just seven questions so your responses should take only a few minutes. However, your feedback is indispensable to refining our operations and services.

The questions relate to services and tools provided by Research Affairs. In your responses, please recognize that Research Affairs is made up of six specialized sections: Research Protection Programs (IRB & IACUC management), Technology Transfer (intellectual property processing), Research Integrity (compliance with the standards of responsible research), Financial Management (research accounts and money matters), the Clinical Trials Center and Research Administration (preaward, coordination, and policy development). We trust that you will integrate your experiences with the various sections to provide composite scores.

Your responses will be strictly anonymous. However, if you would like a response to specific comments or concerns you expressed in the survey, please provide your contact information at the end.

This survey will remain open until February 12th. Click here to access to the survey.
