New Proposal Submission Timeline

Scheduled to go into production is the new proposal submission timeline.  Currently, the timeline is included in the body of an email sent to the principal investigator; it will now be sent as an email attachment — see pdf. attachment below.

There are several benefits to the new timeline:

  • Generating the timeline will no longer be a manual process, the dates and fields will be automatically calculated and filled-in based on the created InfoEd (LLeRA) record.
  • The principal investigator will now be able to save the timeline in his or her personal proposal development folder—hard drive, external drive, cloud storage, etc.
  • Everyone with access to the record will be able to view, save and/or print the timeline.
  • The timeline will become a permanent document in the record (saved in the PT attachment tab).
