Investigators and Coordinators, please join us at the CRC Networking Meeting for a special presentation by Dr. Corbett on Medical Records Documentation for Research. Prior to the presentation, Lila Dalton will give a brief introduction of the newly approved policy on Research Records Documentation (LLUAHSC Policy H-42). The training will cover important details found in the procedure associated with this policy. If you are conducting human subject research and the research has the ability to impact current or future medical care of the patient, it is very important you attend this training to learn about what research related records need to appear in the medical record. You may find charts detailing the records that belong in the medical record and those that belong in the investigational file here.
Full compliance with this policy/procedure must occur by November 30, 2011.
