That comic is what I've been saying for years. Salad is what food eats. The food eats it, then I eat the food. It works out the same, right? I've seen the food web. I'm getting the solar energy... just very diluted. All that means is I have to eat more meat!

Right?

...and here I thought today was the last day of the challenge!!! I started on Jan 1. I survived a weekend wedding choosing the vegetarian dish over the smoked salmon. Thank God for strong spouses that can hold us up in a moment of weakness!! It was a tough decision, especially when you are eating a plate full of steamed veggies while the person next to you has the salmon.

Very inspiring, Dr. D. Although not part of the challenge or the support group, I feel sad! I hope that the experience has been positive for all the participants, even those who don't plan to continue the new diet. God bless!
